The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) is looking for a
Corporate Communications Manager
to start work immediately or by arrangement.
Your duties
  • Strategic communication to convey the desired image and reputation of FIFA
  • Conceiving and articulating fit-for-purpose messaging / position statements to the relevant stakeholders
  • FIFA’s Corporate Advertising, namely the production of corporate films, TV spots and print advertising
  • Crisis communication and issue management in liaison with FIFA’s Media and Public Affairs Departments
  • Overseeing the Division’s market research programme of public opinion surveying and leveraging these findings to generate PR opportunities as well as action points for Management
  • Identifying and implementing PR campaigns
Our requirements
  • Degree in the area of Arts & Humanities
  • At least 3 years of experience in Public Relations/Communications/Journalism
  • Strong writing skills, with a high level of attention to nuance and detail
  • Very good communication skills with confidence to represent FIFA to a broad spectrum of audiences
  • Extensive interest in sports, society, politics, economy, culture
  • Native English speaker, proficiency in French, Spanish or German an advantage
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently on long-term projects
  • Willingness to travel to FIFA tournaments and/or other events
