Our client, one of the fastest growing food ingredients company in Nigeria and was established in 1996; incorporated in 1997 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 as a limited liability company to manufacture, act as manufacturers’ representative, distribute and market food ingredients in Nigeria and West Africa. After many years of hard work, a good habit of respecting knowledge and talent and acknowledging them has been formed. In order to develop against strong competition and keep a firm position in the industry, a group of high quality workers were employed and trained.
At present, we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill this position
Responsibilities:
- Sets guidelines and formats for production workers to operate under.
- Analyses production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and manpower requirements.
- Alters operation schedules to meet customer demands.
- Plans and schedules work-flow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Confers with other departmental supervisors to determine the status of various projects and operations.
- Directs and approves designs and modifications in the production operations.
- Prepares and reviews production reports and data.
- Confers and collaborates with other members of management representing the position and concerns of manufacturing and production.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
- OND/HND/BSC. in Food Technology or its equivalent.
- Applicant must be able to bake bread, cakes and biscuits for commercial purposes.
- 4- 12 years experience in baking industrial.
